My roommate called Gamestop today to have them set aside a copy of The Division 2 for me so we could buy it when we got to town… they stopped taking pre-orders this morning for the Steelbox Ultimate edition of the game. -.-
So, we tried a few workarounds on what to do and decided that I would order it off Amazon this evening.
Evening time came and I went to pre-order it only to find out that I can only get digital copies. -.- My internet is a cell phone’s hot spot… it would take a month to download a game like The Division 2.
Back to the planning board we went. I asked him if he had asked Gamestop if they can take the pre-order and we get the game from the next shipment they get in, because, ya know, they did not stop making the Ultimate Editions of the game, right?
He called back and while they can not take any more pre-order orders at the store, we can still pre-order it from the website and have it shipped. So, that’s what it looks like we’ll be doing now, because I need a disk copy so I can have a chance of actually playing the game this year.
I so desperately need to find a way to get good internet again.
