Location: The only place I know of to find iguanas is on the large island straight east of Rhodes. You get to it by taking a canoe that you can find along the shore near the ruined buildings. Make sure you secure the canoe on the island, so that you can use it to get back. If your horse has enough stamina you can swim to the smaller island, rest, then swim to the larger one.
